Hospitality Suite open – 12:00 noon to 5:30 PM (Loews)
Luau social hour – 6:00 PM (Loews)
Luau dinner with music and dancers– 7:00 to 10:00 PM
Hospitality Suite open – 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Monday 9 June
Coffee and donuts – 8:00 AM (Loews)
Buses begin leaving Loews – 9:15 AM
Memorial Service – 10:00 to 11:00 AM (USNA Chapel)
Brunch – 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
1st Regiment at O&F Club
2nd Regiment at Alumni Hall
Afternoon – Free time to visit: Mid’n Store/Mem Hall/Levy Center/other
Bus service from Yard to Loews 1:00 to 4:30 PM
Buses begin leaving Loews for Stadium – 5:15 PM
Social hour – 6:00 PM (Lacrosse Hall of Fame, Stadium Banquet Facility)
Dinner Dance – 7:00 to 10:00 PM (Main floor, Stadium Banquet Facility)
Last bus leaves Stadium for Loews – 11:00 PM
Hospitality Suite open –1:00 to 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Tuesday 10 June
Brunch – 7:30 to 11:30 AM (Loews)
Class Meeting – 8:45 AM (Loews)
Buses leave Loews for YP and Yard tours – 12:00 Noon
1st Regiment embarks YP Tour – 12:30 PM
2nd Regiment Virtual Tour at Alumni Hall – 12:45 PM
1st Regiment Virtual Tour at Alumni Hall – 2:15 PM
2nd Regiment embarks YP Tour – 2:30 PM
Last bus leaves Yard for Loews – 5:00 PM
Company Parties as individually arranged – 5:00 PM onward
Hospitality Suite open – 12:00 to 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Wednesday 11 June
Get-Away Brunch at Loews – 8:00 to 11:00 AM
