Services for By Collier

Dear Friends,

We have come up with a firm date for the service for By at Annapolis. It will be brief, with full military honors. There will then be a reception at the Club. (What used to be the officers club.) The children and I hope you can attend if you are in the area or if you have time to travel to Annapolis. On By's behalf, we would be honored to have you there.

APRIL 29, (Thursday) 2010
SERVICE: 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel on the grounds of USNA
RECEPTION: 2:30-4:30 P.M at the Club
